Welcome to Cotulla ISD! As a prospective parent we invite you to look at the educational opportunities we offer.  The mission of the Cotulla Independent School District is to design engaging academic work for students and lead them to success in that work.

Our district includes nearly 250 staff members and four facilities.  Student enrollment is approximately 1178. Cotulla High School, Frank Newman Middle School, Ramirez-Burks Elementary in Cotulla and Encinal Elementary School in Encinal.

Some of the great programs that Cotulla ISD offers are:

Early Childhood Learning Center - serves children ages birth through four years old for a reasonable monthly rate

Dual Language Program - available at Ramirez-Burks Elementary

AVID Program - available at the middle and high schools

Dual-Credit Classes - available to 11th and 12th grade students
